Making the campus more enticing.

College Dorm Remodel

After almost 40 years, the historic Emerson Hall student residence, built in 1897, is again part of the Beloit College campus. JZID selected finishes for the historic lounge and entry. OPEN CONCEPT LIVING

The entryway, living room, kitchen and dining room have a large open-concept floor plan that is ideal for entertaining. The white walls brighten up the space, while the tongue and groove details and blue painted ceiling create a soothing and intimate environment.

Master Bedroom

JZID created a custom 4x4 upholstered headboard out of velvet fabrics. The gradient from a light icy blue to a dark navy mimic the horizon over the ocean. Pops of yellow and crisp white linens make this room a relaxing master retreat.

Guest Bedrooms

Two spare bedrooms offer freshly designed retreats for guests. A country-inspired room features a wicker chair seating area for morning tea. The nautical bedroom with a bright blue ceiling create a imaginative retreat for my client's nieces.

DRESSING ROOM

This house really lacks closet space, so to accommodate my fashion-loving client's wardrobe JZID transformed a small spare room into a full dressing room.

Guest Bedroom & Home Office

This spare bedroom has two functions in mind - a retreat for guests to retire to after a long day of socializing and a functional home office for year-round use.

Visualize your remodel.

Most people find it difficult to really visualize what their redesigned room would look like from just looking at sketches and swatches. By seeing 3D renderings along with fabric swatches, clients are more clearly able to see the final product - with no surprises at the install.

Where art and design merge.

Art can be some of the most personal items in your home. JZID works with clients to either find the perfect art piece or create something custom - whether it is 2D, sculptural or a piece of furniture. Below are some examples of more conceptual, contemporary artwork created by Jerrica.
