5 DIY Projects for your Spring Parties

I'm looking forward to the increase in barbecues and dinner parties this season! Here are 5 DIY projects to help boost your table aesthetics for your get-togethers.

Brush Stroke Napkins from Make and Tell - Give some plain white napkins a bit of a makeover. All you need is fabric paint, a brush and white napkins. This technique makes a statement when used against white backdrops.

Pressed Rose Petal Tray from Say Yes - This food safe platter can easily be updated for spring by using pressed flowers as they start blooming.

Paper Ranunculus from Design Sponge - These beautiful tissue paper flowers are time consuming, but totally beautiful!

Gold Leaf Brush Strokes Vase from Little Green Notebook - I'm always looking for a glass vase DIY. With a little spray paint, glue and gold leaf, you can turn a thrift store glass vase into a stunning showpiece.

Balloon centerpiece from Design Sponge -  Create a festive tabletop centerpiece for dinner with friends and family using inexpensive, readily available balloons. I love the greyscale palette, but don't be scared to throw in some color. A few pastels mixed with white balloons would be great for Easter dinner.
